We want you to love your Victoria Beckham Beauty purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original luxury packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and processed by our atelier.
